Whisper is a 6 year old neutered fawn male pug. He was surrendered to the rescue with seperation anxiety issues.
He is a sweet, loving lap dog and will follow you anywhere. Whisper has been through 3 homes and is looking for a place
to finally call his own. he would do well in any home, he just really dislikes being alone.If you have the time

Ruben a.k.a Rubio was surrendered to Manitoba Pug Rescue in April 2008. He has developed corneal ulcers to both his eyes. He is responding well to the eye ointment that he is receiving daily, however, Dr.Carel (Rubio's vet) has stated that there is another issue with which Rubio will need surgery. He has a black film slowly creeping over each eye. Once the ulcers are healed we will start to treat the second eye issue with different drops.This treatment will slow down the progression but will not stop it. He will require surgery.
Rubio needs a home with a strong routine. He requires someone who is willing to work with him on a regular basis.He has dominence issues but has been doing well in his foster home. He is 4.5 years old and is housetrained.
